How do I submit a product or news announcement to DZone?

Once you are logged in to your DZone account, you'll see a 'post content' link next to your profile picture (on the top right hand corner of the page). Click on this link. Simply follow the next steps:

1) Click on 'Announcement' 2) Fill in the headline, body, and tags fields

Once submitted, your post will be held in the moderation queue where it will be reviewed and approved by a DZone editor.

Some posting guidelines:

1. Include the key point of your posting early

2. For product releases, avoid using marketing language -- focus on the technical capabilities of the product: What does the product do? What's new in the latest release? Where can I go download it?

3. If it's a technical piece, include code snippets

4. Screenshots are always welcome, size appropriately!
