MySQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException

Hi, every time I watch something after logged in, I receive this error. I need to open a new browser with a brand new session to watch articles!

Can you fix my account settings? Luca Garulli 500 Servlet Exception

I have the same issue as well, but it only seems to occur in Chrome. How do I fix it?
