Can't log in

I am new to DZone and I have a login ID and password, but it does not work. I then ask DZone to send me a new password. A new one-time password/login is emailed to me. I then go in to my profile and change my password (again). If I log out and try to log back in it says my login information is not valid. My login ID is TheBirdMan in case there happens to be any administrators out there interested in helping and can look up my account and send me an email with a fix.
