Is it really that simple? Did somebody try? The last time I tried it didn't properly work with executing single tests ...

I have an Android IDEA project and yes this stuff works for me on 11. It is important to upgrade to 11 because of all the new fixes in it for Android.

@HamletDRC thanks! Will it work with the community version? And do I need to open two instances of IDEA (as I have an android and a test project)?

It is all in the community version. And you only need one instance of IDEA and once instance of the emulator.

Thanks, important, executing and debugging the project works nicely. But I cannot execute the tests. This is my blocker :(

I left a comment on that bug. If you have two separate modules then this shouldn't be an issue. But I describe how to fix it in the YouTrack comment.
