You would be sending a lot of emails everyday to convey your messages to others. But please mind the security of your email contents and attachments. Anybody in the way can read and edit your unencrypted and plain-text emails......

I've seen quite a few solutions for this. At a job I used to work at we communicated with all outside contractors with encrypted emails. We had PGP keys that we shared with them, and it was a pretty seamless setup in Outlook. This was many many years ago, so I assume there are even easier solutions now. You can use open PGP in Outlook or Thunderbird for Linux, and I bet there's a pretty easy way to do it with Gmail as well.
