#1 OverEngineering: You created a 'standard framework' or set of utilities. You extend and customize to produce in-house versions every public framework (and now you're 5 versions behind). You spend more time building out infrastructure code than you do business logic. You're internal communication protocol is SOAP or REST. You've abstracted every external system so you can "swap it out". You have an ESB... I could go on.
