Apache HBase 0.96.0 Released: Big Changes and Many Fixes

Join For FreeOn Monday, Hortonworks' HBase team released HBase 96. According to the team, over 2,000 issues were corrected in this update, and a lot of big improvements have been made. Notable changes include:
- Reduce Mean-Time-To-Recovery
- Support for MS Windows
- Data type flexibility
- Modularization
