Replace this code:

for ( int a = 5 ; a > 1 ; a-- )
 {
 digitalWrite(a, HIGH);
 delay(d);
 digitalWrite(a, LOW);
 delay(d);
}

with

for ( int a = 6 ; a > 1 ; a-- )
 {
 digitalWrite(a, HIGH);
 delay(d);
 digitalWrite(a, LOW);
 delay(d);
}

Note "int a = 6". Without this update, one of the LEDs will not blink.
