Bamboo’s New Maven 3 and Ivy Support with Artifactory

Free Resource
JFrog is excited to announce the latest addition to their continuously growing traceable build ecosystem.

The new Bamboo - Artifactory plugin adds support for Apache Ivy and Maven3 builds in Bamboo.
Traceable builds are possible with the plugin’s extended support for capturing and deploying information about published artifacts, resolved dependencies and the entire environment data associated with each build.

This new Bamboo-Artifactory plugin provides you with the ability to:
  • Execute Apache Ivy and Maven 3 builds with remote agent support.
  • Efficiently deploy the generated artifacts only after a fully successful multi-module build (to avoid partial deployments caused by build failures).
  • Upload generated build-info data with the build's artifacts, dependencies and environment to Artifactory.
  • Maintain a fully reproducible and traceable environment of every build with bi-directional links between Bamboo and Artifactory.

Similar integration support for Gradle builds and full integration with Atlassian Crowd is soon to come.
The Bamboo-Artifactory plugin is released under the Apache v2 license.
