What every Java engineer should know about microservices: Reactive Microservices Architecture.  Brought to you in partnership with Lightbend.

A recent article from thenextweb.com reported that Google now supports integration of Google Analytics accounts with the Google Play Developer Console. This means that developers have a new resource for monitoring and understanding the way their apps are used. New data available to developers using Google Analytics includes:

  • Sources of traffic
  • Number of views on Google Play
  • Number of installs
  • Number of new users

Knowing the details of an app's use - who is using it, how they found it, and how engaged they are - can go a long way, so this is a great tool to have. For more details, check out the full post.
