DZone has been at OSCON this past week in Portland, Oregon. The open source convention, hosted by O'Reilly, has also offered a Live Stream of keynotes on their site for those of us unable to go. They've also posted the slides from the speakers' presentations, as well. O'Reilly describes the convention as a "unique gathering where participants find inspiration, confront new challenges, share their expertise, renew bonds to community, make significant connections, and find ways to give back to the open source movement."

As you can see, DZone made it out to Portland, and our editor-in-chief has been soaking up all the inspiring innovation, including this amazing headpiece that will revolutionize the way you play Candy Crush.
