Creating horizontal ListBox element is obviously a pretty easy thing to do, but anyway I have decided to post XAML for that.
<ListBox ScrollViewer.HorizontalScrollBarVisibility="Auto">
    <ListBox.ItemsPanel>
        <ItemsPanelTemplate>
            <StackPanel Orientation="Horizontal" />
        </ItemsPanelTemplate>
    </ListBox.ItemsPanel>
    <ListBox.ItemTemplate>
        <DataTemplate>
           <Your control... />
        </DataTemplate>
    </ListBox.ItemTemplate>
</ListBox>

Analysts agree that a mix of emulators/simulators and real devices are necessary to optimize your mobile app testing - learn more in this white paper, brought to you in partnership with Sauce Labs.
