The phrase “two heads are better than one” sounds about right today as we announce a new partnership. We are joining Adobe’s Digital Marketing Solution Partner Program, integrating Crittercism’s app performance management with Adobe Analytics.
Mobile is becoming an essential part of everyday enterprises. Yet, as Matt Asay, vice president of Mobile Strategy at Adobe points out, “Mobile businesses today are often blind to the many errors and performance issues that affect apps in the wild.” In striving to deliver customers a successful experience throughout the complete app lifecycle (from development to being at a user’s fingertips), Adobe wanted to bring on a best-in-class mobile performance solution to complement their platform.
So, what exactly is Adobe Marketing Cloud?
Adobe’s fully integrated mobile platform within Adobe Marketing Cloud will help enterprises manage apps from development and user acquisition to analytics and user engagement. Adobe Analytics for Mobile Apps already provides extensive insights into the user experience of mobile apps, and the new Crittercism integration will show how crashes (and millions of other factors) can affect user engagement and retention on iOS, Android, and other mobile platforms.
Data. Insight. Action.
Crittercism’s solution provides mobile developers with real-time visibility into how their apps are behaving across all devices and platforms. Understanding the granular details of errors and transactions gives organizations increased transparency into the what’s, why’s and how’s of their crash reports. Such insight allows businesses to provide the best possible user experience, delight and retain customers, and ensure quality consistence by jumping on small bugs before they become app-altering issues.
We’re proud to partner with Adobe and love being able to provide powerful, mission-critical mobile performance insights to mobile app enterprises worldwide.
