DRAKON Editor 1.9 is out. A technology from the space program is now available to Java and C# developers.

DRAKON is a visual algorithmic language developed within the Russian space program.
The focus of DRAKON is easy understanding of complex systems. Every feature of the language has been polished for better ergonomics.
DRAKON language is used for:

  • Requirements: telling the developers what needs to be done.
  • Documentation: explaining how the program works to the user.
  • Development: capturing algorithms in a clear way for building software.

DRAKON Editor is a simple yet powerful tool for drawing DRAKON diagrams.
It can generate source code from diagrams in several programming languages: Java, C#, C, C++, Python, Tcl.
 


DRAKON Editor is free and runs on Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.
