Location:   Beijing
Attendees: 55
Companies: 18

We just wrapped up a free Java training in Beijing. In total 55 people from 18 different companies around the city joined us, including senior engineers, architects, and project managers. Some of them even came from other cities.

Though many in the audience had not used NetBeans seriously before, they were deeply impressed with what they learned in our presentations. There were lots of questions raised during the training and free talk. Each of them got an answer or were set up with direct contact for further help. The audience also felt it's great that they can communicate with each other face to face. They all suggest we should hold this kind of event regularly.

But we feel sorry that we were too excited to take pictures. It's really a pity that you can't see the warm scene.

Below is the final agenda:

13:15 --13:30 Check in
13:30 --14:30 Oracle JDeveloper & ADF 11g -- Ping Ma
14:30 --15:15 Demo: Create a CRUD application with ADF -- Ping Ma
15:15 --15:30 Break
15:30 --16:45 Java performance turning with NetBeans -- Liang Ye
16:45 --17:00 Free talk / Q & A -- all

Thanks to Jack for his great support.
The audience suggested to us to set up a local web site to host all the Chinese contents and events for NetBeans and other related topics. That's what we are doing now -- the website is done but lacks content and support at the moment.

Special thanks to Ping, for his excellent presentation.
