Happy workplaces produce immense advantages, not particularly, to the individuals but also for the organizations. Yes, you read it right! Research demonstrates employees at happy workplaces are more successful and fruitful in their jobs.

A recent research by economists at the University of Warwick observed that happiness at workplace drove to a 12% boost in productivity.

But, with this truth, also lies a pitiful reality: not every employee in any company is blissful. Yes, there are employees who sit tight, displeased or unsettled or frustrated with their working environment. But it may be because they don’t want to frustrate or baffle their manager, thereabouts don't open up over their unhappiness.
