Working with a collection of values (key/value pairs, arrays) is an oft-repeated need in programming. Kumologica provides the Split and Join nodes that can be paired together to loop through data collections.
In this article, we will look into the scenarios in which Split and Join nodes can be used in Kumologica flows.
Processing Key / Value Pairs
The split node also supports splitting an array and looping through each item. All the nodes in the flow in between the split and join nodes are considered to be in scope of the loop.
In this video, I will show you how to use the Split and Join node in Kumologica to process an Array.
Split node also supports string tokenization based on a matching string.
In this video, I will show you how to use the Split and Join node in Kumologica to perform string tokenization.
