The latest release of Mozilla's open source process and socket manager, Circus, adds a lot of code refactoring and Python 3 compatibility.  The main new feature is fully asynchronous core functionality.

Circus is built using the terse power of Python and one of the kings of open source messaging - ZeroMQ.  You can learn more about it by checking out the docs.

This project has been driven heavily by 3rd party developers outside of Mozilla, and the Mozilla Services blog interviews three contributors about some really interesting projects they're working on with Circus.
