Pie chart describing overall quality of NetBeans IDE 7.0 according to community.We are pleased to announce the results of NetBeans IDE 7.0 Community Acceptance Survey that ended April 10th: 89% of 111 respondents agree that NetBeans IDE 7.0 Release Candidate is stable enough to be shipped! A few respondents pointed out several serious issues. We evaluated them all and aim to fix 3 of the issues in an update release shorty after 7.0 release. We have also noticed a considerable improvement in quality and usage of PHP (+16%) and Java EE (+20%) features since NetBeans IDE 6.8!

Overall, this is good news for the NetBeans IDE 7.0 from the community, and we are grateful for this valuable feedback!
