Is NetBeans IDE 6.8 Ready for FCS Release?

Microservices! They are everywhere, or at least, the term is. When should you use a microservice architecture? What factors should be considered when making that decision? Do the benefits outweigh the costs? Why is everyone so excited about them, anyway?  Brought to you in partnership with IBM.

Have you downloaded and tried the NetBeans IDE 6.8 Release Candidate build? Then take the NetCAT survey! The survey is to establish if the NetBeans community-at-large and others agree that the release candidate is ready for the officially released (FCS)--or not.

The survey has six mandatory questions. Participants can give their opinion about the following: new Java EE 6 integration, JavaFX tooling, Editor improvements, PHP support, Performance improvements and Overall Quality. Here is an example question:

The survey is open to all. We encourage NetBeans DZone readers who have already explored NetBeans 6.8 IDE Release Candidate to take part and give us this important feedback. The only requirement is that you must have an account at netbeans.org, otherwise the form will be hidden.
