NetBeans IDE Development Builds Now Require JDK 7

As of March 25, the NetBeans IDE development builds require JDK 7. The change will help the NetBeans team in their work on JDK 8 tooling and on performance improvements for the IDE. Read more about the new change and the impact on NetBeans users.

Created with NetBeans IDE & HTML5: Easy Flow Charts

Developer and NetBeans Dreamteam member Tushar Joshi has created Easy Flow Charts (Beta), a productivity tool that lets developers build flow charts easily. A plain text script is transformed into a flow chart automatically, saving time for the engineer. The project is available with MIT license at https://github.com/tusharvjoshi/easyflowcharts.
