hello, friends! i wanted to let you know that we have a brand-new alerts platform now in open beta!

it has actually been in open beta for a little over a week now, and thousands of you keen-eyed customers have already found it and are putting it to work.

i’ll be writing up a much more detailed post in the next few weeks about how and why we built this, but i just couldn’t wait to let you know that you can check it out now.

here are the highlights of what the platform is designed to provide:

  • new alerting from the ground up
  • dedicated experience for alerting and incident response
  • improved conditions and threshold criteria
  • reduce alert fatigue with incident rollups
