Since 2009, Cerner’s hybrid Jive-n community has driven knowledge sharing among hospitals, clinicians and medical device companies, as well as technology suppliers, consultants, researchers and industry experts. Today we announced that Cerner recently added Jive’s Ideation Module to enable their clients to provide feedback and influence changes in the solutions in a collaborative forum. Since implementing uCern Ideas, the company has received over 8,600 ideas to-date (with new ones rolling in everyday!) and has implemented almost 10% of these recommendations into its software or solution roadmap.Cerner-Corporation-logo

“uCern gives our clients, associates and suppliers an inspiring place to connect, communicate and collaborate as we work towards the mutual goal of changing the face of health care,” said Jeremy Davis, director of client operations, Cerner. “We expanded our long-term relationship with Jive to include Jive Ideation and offer an interactive platform for increased feedback across all levels.”

We’re excited to work with Cerner and over 40 other health care organizations using Jive to align globally dispersed employees within this rapidly changing industry. With U.S. health care spending expected to reach $4.5 trillion by 2020, it is more important than ever for providers to share best practices that improve patient outcomes, while keeping their workforces aligned and operating at peak efficiency.
