Since 2009, Cerner’s hybrid Jive-n community has driven knowledge sharing among hospitals, clinicians and medical device companies, as well as technology suppliers, consultants, researchers and industry experts. Today we announced that Cerner recently added Jive’s Ideation Module to enable their clients to provide feedback and influence changes in the solutions in a collaborative forum. Since implementing uCern Ideas, the company has received over 8,600 ideas to-date (with new ones rolling in everyday!) and has implemented almost 10% of these recommendations into its software or solution roadmap.
