One of the neat things about the latest (v7.3) version of the Axway API Gateway is that it comes with pre-configured OAuth 2.0 connectors for SalesForce.com. You can find these under External Connections in Policy Studio, as shown in the screenshot below:



The advantage of this feature is that it means that users do not have to worry about the intricacies of OAuth, or the nuances of how OAuth is implemented differently by different identity providers (IdPs).

Using the prebuilt SalesForce.com OAuth 2.0 connector, it is quite simple to setup a connection to SalesForce.com and then take advantage of the Axway API Gateway's monitoring to provide visibility on your SalesForce.com usage:
