Today we are happy to announce opening of an Early Access Program (EAP) for TeamCity 5.0. JetBrains Early Access Program is targeting most devoted TeamCity users and enthusiasts. It lets developers community start testing new functionality early, closely participate in discussions devoted to TeamCity and influence development planning, from early stages onwards.
We also make the first TeamCity 5.0 EAP bits available for download. This build already includes lots of new impressive stuff, but look for much more to come before the 5.0 release. Some of the new features in this build are:
- Integration with issue trackers: Jira, Bugzilla, and JetBrains own tracker Charisma (currently also available for trying in its EAP phase)
- Single change status page, showing status of any particular change across all build configurations
- Project archivation
- Improved Java and .NET coverage
- Customizable UI for artifact-based (report) tabs
- Other improvements
