One of the core concepts we have pushed with UrbanCode Deploy and Release has been that the collection of stuff that will be running in production together is what you should test together. That can very easily extend to mobile applications. In February, we released an Android Plugin for UCD to help with this. You can easily take a new build of your mobile app and deploy it out to devices or simulators in your test lab.

The Mobile Frontier blog has a nice write-up detailing where the plugin fits in a mobile development cycle. There’s also the two minute overview below looking at how you would use this to check for memory leaks as part of your CI/CD cycle.
