As part of TIBCO's software lineup, Orchestra Networks will work with their EBX platform to provide a single solution for clients to manage, govern, and share data assets at lower cost and risk, enhancing TIBCO's current services of enterprise integration, API management, and analytics in the cloud.

In 2017, Orchestra Networks was rated as a leader and visionary among master data management solutions by Gartner's Magic Quadrant. Christophe Barriolade, co-founder and CEO of Orchestra Networks, said that the acquisition would allow the EBX platform to "provide shared data assets for integration and analytics to empower better decisions and faster, smarter actions,” supported by TIBCO, "on a more global scale."

TIBCO's leading products include TIBCO® Data Virtualization and TIBCO® MDM (Master Data Management), which will be fortified by the addition of Orchestra Networks' place in data management for some of the world's largest hospitality companies. “This is a very important acquisition for us, supporting our mission to create the world’s leading platform for digital business," said Tibco COO Matt Quinn.

This acquisition follows TIBCO's three acquisitions in 2017: Cisco Data Virtualization, nanoscale.io for microservices, and Statistica for data science, cementing TIBCO as a leader in integration and analytics in the cloud.
