Is the concept of adopting a continuous everything model a daunting task for your fast moving business? Read this whitepaper to break down and understand one of the key pillars of this model in Continuous Governance: The Guardrails for Continuous Everything.

In my spare time, I am involved in the Apache Maven project. We are in the process of migrating from Subversion to Git and a number of people wanted to know how we might find some better ways of working with Jenkins.

I thought it would be useful to create a video series showing how we make these improvements. While some aspects of these improvements rely on Apache specific infrastructure choices, the ideas themselves are more generally applicable.

A long time ago I wrote a series of blog posts on developing plugins for Jenkins. A lot has changed since then and hopefully this video series will provide a different take on plugin development and show what exactly is involved in developing a custom Jenkins plugin to solve an organization specific need.

Anyway, here’s Episode 1.
