Expanded Availability of DynamoDB
Users can now access DynamoDB in Oregon, Northern California and Singapore, along with existing regions in Northern Virginia, Ireland, and Tokyo.  

Improved VPC Manageability
AWS CloudFormation now supports VPC resources, allowing you to "create new Virtual Private Clouds, subnets, gateways, nework ACLs, routes and route tables using CloudFormation templates." -- AWS Blog

Amazon VPC Now Supports EC2 Cluster Compute Eight Extra Large Instance Type
(cc2.8xlarge) instances provide access to the latest Intel Xeon processors for supercomputing-class performance.  

Windows Azure
Auto-Migration from ACS 1.0 to ACS 2.0
Now that ACS 1.0 has been discontinued, Microsoft is offering the ACS 1.0 migration
