I just came across an interesting video on the “The surprising truth about what motivates us” by RSAnimate.

Although I was late in looking into the video which was uploaded by RSAnimate long-time back, it is definitely a must look video :)

Daniel Pink is the speaker who provides lots of examples on the money rewards and explain what works and what doesn’t.

The video is more interesting with the drawing and pictures being shown with lots of good examples and scenarios of what motivates people. In the end, Daniel talks about autonomy, mastery and purpose as some of the key aspects of motivation.
