Emitrom is happy to announce the release of Touch4j 188.8.131.52 and Pilot 2.2.7. Touch4j is Emitrom's Java binding to Sencha Touch, which allows you to write rich HTML5 mobile apps. There are many new features in this release, most notably support for version 2.2.1 of Sencha Touch, an improved charting experience, JavaBean support for data-driven components, component support in ListDataView, and a couple of plugins to make the UI a far more richer experience: swipe to delete, and UberGrid support. The Pilot API is Emitrom's binding to Apache Cordova. and this release of Pilot brings support for version 2.7 of Cordova. In addition, Pilot adds 2 new plugins: PushNotification and PushWoosh support for BlackBerry. You can use Pilot alongside Touch4j for a native mobile UI experience. Both Touch4j and Pilot are based on GWT, so all your development is in Java, using the tools you know and love. Touch4j and Pilot are both licensed with the Apache 2 license, so they are free for commercial use. For charts and UberGrid support, please visit their respective home pages (Sencha or Bryntum) for pricing and licensing questions.
