Hey Marilu, this version of the article is seriously outdated. Visit the blog for the complete article and up-to-date source code.

Flurl is a decent alternative to RestSharp. I've tried it out, it deserves to be on the list.
Thanks you for the suggestion!

Hey, no problem. Your suggestion made the article much better. Thanks!
I had a hard time deciding where to put the HATEOAS. I'll leave it like this for now, and maybe change it sometime in the future.
Again, thanks for the input, much appreciated!

Hi Jose,
Thanks for reading and sharing your thoughts!
There are a few approaches to versioning, none of which is actually the silver bulltet.
It comes to the personal preference.
Cheers,
Vlada

Hi Mike,
Mentioning HATEOAS would have made this article even more useful.
REST and HATEOS are on my list of future articles since there is a lot of material to talk about there, but it should definitely be part of this article too.
Thanks for reading, will add it soon.
(Edit): There you go buddy, added a few sentences on HATEOAS.

Hey Robert, thanks for the read. REST has indeed advanced a lot since conception, but you need to know history, and I think it's mandatory to mention Roy's work in the field.
For the sake of the people that maybe haven't heard of him still or maybe don't know what REST is at all.
Wanting to sound as clear as possible, I didn't want to debate much in the article whether something is according to Roy's REST definitions or not. You've done a great job doing that in your 5 Signs That Your REST API Isn’t RESTful article.
Thus, no one, at least those reading this comment or your article, will be further misled by my silly comparisons ;)

Thanks Manisha, will make another article, including all the tools that didn't make it to this list. Mind that this was pretty subjective, and that there is no way to objectively compare solutions, it always comes to the fact that you find some solutions easier or more pleasant to use than others. There are pleanty of good solutions out there, and I love seeing some of them rising to to the top and challenging the most popular ones.
There will be up to date version of this article soon, so stay tuned.

Thank you for the input Florin, I mentioned in the article that Jenkins is very extensible by using plugins.

That is true Edwin, although it is not available as other solutions on the list are (on request?)
