Eric Futoran is the founder and CEO of Embrace, the only mobile-first application performance management platform. Embrace improves in-app performance, reduces user churn and frees up valuable time and resources, like letting engineers focus on what they do best, code. By automatically analyzing each and every user session, the platform correlates key KPIs and SLAs to the user issues we all experience, like an abandoned startup or broken purchase. Customers include Home Depot, OkCupid, Boxed, Thrive Market, and Clutter. Prior to Embrace, Eric was a co-founder of Scopely, the largest U.S. mobile games publisher with 8 top-grossing games (Walking Dead, WWE, and Yahtzee.) At Scopely, Eric was the execution arm owning and building everything from their first game, Dice with Buddies / Yahtzee to constructing the publishing business, technology platform, and financial strategy. For more than a decade, Eric has held executive roles across enterprise, media and advertising, and startups. At Aggregate Knowledge, he transitioned the company to the first agency-focused DMP for which they were acquired by Neustar. Eric began his career in sales at Trilogy, and he graduated with a JD/MBA from NYU, and EE and CS degrees from Duke University. Eric also enjoys leveraging his variety of skillsets from CS to Law as an angel investor and advisor to several prominent tech startups and mentoring Techstars and Amplify.LA.
