I apologize if the two terms didn't come out right, the objective of writing this blog post was mainly focused on providing a table that shows the different features that some of the popular container registries offer.
A mention to bypass the Docker Hub pull rate limit was mentioned: https://github.com/rpardini/docker-registry-proxy but I appreciate that link you shared, this would be helpful for the community to get more details on this issue.
