Mike has been working in testing for 20 years and is the tester for Geckoboard. He has been a member of a test team, a Solo Tester, and a Test Lead. He has also worked as a part of waterfall, lean and agile teams. He has set up and led a Testing Community of Practice and been part of a successful agile transition. Thank you for your comment. The article says that the PDSA cycle has been in use for nearly one hundred years and is, therefore, likely to continue to be used by whatever comes after 'agile'. Unfortunately, I have found many teams do not use the PDSA cycle. I would define 'agile' as iterative and incremental development in line with the Agile Manifesto.
