Broad, international experience from support engineer to program manager helps him to have holistic view on ALM. Working with different organization from small teams to geographically distributed corporations resulted in unique approach to introducing and improving Scrum implementations. His experience includes Telecomm, Finance, Government and Pharma industries. Krystian is the author of the “Scrum i nie tylko” book and multiple other publications. Using coaching principles in his own life, he believes in judging effectiveness of practices by measuring the results and that the best way to learn is by teaching others. He likes to go outside the comfort zone learning new skills, anything from calligraphy and cooking to repairing cars and sport shooting.
