Pushpalanka is an Associate Lead Software Engineer at WSO2. Her current area of focus is in the application of WSO2 products in financial markets, in the security and IAM aspects. Before focusing on financial domain, she was working on WSO2 Identity Server for several years adding and improving product features. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science and Engineering from Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. She has a research publication on her name for project 'Kanthaka - Big Data Caller Detail Record(CDR) Analyzer'. She has participated in GSoC2012 as a student and in GSoC2016 as a mentor on behalf of WSO2. She enjoys table tennins, basketball, music and traveling.
