The New Developer Interview Tactic

Interviewing for a new job in software development? Be aware of the recent uptick in interview questions about Quicksort. Hiring managers and recruiters really are taking "divide-and-conquer" to the next level.

Comic. Frame 1: Person interviewing for a job asks recruiter why they need to know how to implement Quicksort. The recruiter answers by saying they need to know it to pass interviews. The candidate then asks what comes after that. Frame 2: The candidate looks very angry after receiving the response, "to interview other folks." And thus, parodying the divide-and-conquer strategy of Quicksort.
