I'm a Sydney-based business agility coach and consultant with over a decade of experience in leading agile transformations across various sectors. My expertise spans building Agile Centers of Excellence, coaching on agile methodologies, and driving the adoption of the OKR framework to align organizational goals with individual and team efforts. I have helped organizations in 4 continents to adopt Agile ways of working, in sectors spanning healthcare, public sector, banking, telecom, and high tech. I have deep experience in large enterprise Agile transformations, with a special focus on evolutionary organizational change and how to foster an agile culture and mindset and develop agile leadership capability.
